Veranza KCC Mall |
I heard this rumor about putting up mid-rise condominium, hotel and mall complex ang KCC Mall of Gensan, ang so-called "The Veranza". 'Eh mukhang totoo naman pala siya! This proposed commercial/residential complex will be located at SAFI Lot (just in front of the mall, and actually they owned it for good). May clearing operation na ring nagaganap within that lot though hindi pa rin nakaalis ang RCBC-Safi Branch (perhaps sa December pa ma-eexpire ang kanilang contract).

Proposed 5-star hotel within the vicinity of the mall |

Another high-end shops, boutiques and restaurants will be in store in the Veranza.
By 2013, Robinsons Land Corporation will start to construct Go Hotels, a franchised hotel by RLC, within the vicinity of Robinsons Place Gensan (perhaps at the back of the mall).
Just watch out for new updates! Exciting! :)

ReplyDeleteAte Liezl, inutusan ko yung friend ko na kagagaling lang sa Puerto Princesa to take some pics of The Veranza, it is actually posted sa Arrival Area ng Airport. I saw it last week though I don't have the opportunity to take some pics of it kasi lowbat ang camera. HAHA. So my friend took it. This is something to worth waiting for after SM City General Santos. Yey! :)
ReplyDeleteKuya Raye, indeed! Another shopping destination aside from the main mall. Parang maliit na version ng Abreeza with matching condo and hotel although mid-rise lang siya. Looking forward for a high-rise (let's say 20 storeys and above) building/s. Mukhang posible naman siya na ipapatayo dito sa Gen Santos. Yey! :)
