The Virtuous Culture: A Perspective

Unknown | Thursday, June 20, 2013 | 0 comments
“Be a lotus” as Confucius puts forward. A Lotus remains beautiful even as it lingers in the filthy waters of the pond. Don’t be contaminated. Don’t be influenced by worthless means. Remain radiant among the shadows of the darkness. Be a Lotus. It has to start with one to fill the pond with more.

Virtuous Business Solutions

With the business grounds fired by stiff competition plus malcontent for power and fame , is it possible to have a virtuous business? Is there a lotus that stands in the filthy waters of business?

Many business student would say “NO” for the purpose of a business entity is profit. True. Profit is one top driving force of business. Many businessman would resort to ways that risks the environment, the society and the public or even at his own peril. For instance, greedy entrepreneurs indifferently pollute the environment through illegal logging, improper waste disposal, and excessive mining. Some would use violence, sexual immoralities and discrimination for publicity at the end of a higher range of profit. Yet, such operations proved to be of failure, as they fall in the pit of fiasco, bankruptcy and devastation.

It is important that business entities operates in the values of compassion, humility, honesty, discipline and respect. The values that shapes the organizational structure of a company does not only identifies the image of the company but it also represents it’s conscience, its philosophy and management style. It becomes the gauge of companies that run best and last longer.

It's more fun in the Philippines - Inspired Theme Blog!

Unknown | Sunday, January 22, 2012 | 2comments
Because of the trending DOT's Tourism Slogan "It's more fun here in the Philippines" in every social networking sites (e.g. Facebook, and once a trending topic worldwide on Twitter), I got inspired with its colorful and festive ambiance as it welcomes every tourists coming here in the Philippines. Now I launched my newest blog theme (well actually, I've been using the old layout for a year) to promote the tourism's slogan to the world. Chos!

First, I just rendered it from the DOT's website, ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines.com which is said to be under construction by now. By using the power of photoshop, I created a magnificent piece of art. I really love the festive color of the background (courtesy of ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines.com). Well, I used the Harabara font for creating text logo to match the DOT's logo slogan. And the rest were modified through CSS, JavaScript and HTML codes.

On the upper right header, there is a moving image promoting the Philippines with ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines.com's link on it that will directly go to the site. This is one way to promote tourism of the country since I got a lot of online visitors coming from United States, Spain, Germany, Great Britain, and Australia.

Same as DOT's concept, I created a slogan that says "It's more fun to be a Student Blogger". Indeed, it's fun and more fun to be a student blogger since I earned a lot of experiences through blogging plus it gained a lot of friends to interact with. It also catches attention to young techies to create and have their blog. It is fun though, trust me! And the rest are just bling-blings. :)

What can you say about the new look?

Happy Birthday, Sir A!

Let's greet him a Happy Birthday by dropping comments below. :)

Weekend with Pamangkins

Unknown | Monday, January 16, 2012 | 0 comments
Every child has its special day. Nyak! Thanks to my pamangkins na ubod ng kakyutan! :))

Having these special people around ay nakakaalis ng stress sa buhay. Well, parati ngang sinasabi ni Mama na it's better to have them all the time rather than not seeing them sometimes. Because every weekend is family day, parang may birthday lang sa bahay namin. Refreshing your weekend from bad vibes of weekdays. Ganito kami kasaya. :)

I don't know kung ganito rin ako kacute nung bata pa ako. But I'd rather not post my baby picture to avoid comparisons. LOL. "Oo na, mas cute sila. Pero mas GWAPO ako. Oha!" :)

We had this tripping of taking pictures of them kasi mahilig silang magpapicture. Sad to say, ang bata pa nila para maging vain just like their Tito and Tita.

I'm so excited for them kapag lumaki na sila. I think one of them would be a professional model for having this good pose (sino kaya sa kanilang tatlo), o ang isa sa kanila could be a manager, doctor, nurse, or whatever. Jusko, what a big challenge for Tito 'yan, ah! I hope they could read this post once they're mature enough. Ang drama naman ni Tito! :)

After Dad left us last 2007 (about 3 years), we still feel his presence through these adorable pamangkins. (T_T) All I can say that, they're such a good blessings for us. Because of them, we are still in tact to one another. We are maintaining our close family ties through helping one another through thick and thin. Whatever happens, babangon at babangon din kami just like any other else. I'm so happy to have them, really. :))

My Thoughts to the Next Level: SM City General Santos

Unknown | Sunday, January 15, 2012 | 9comments
Truly can't wait to stroll the biggest SM Mall in Mindanao to date this summer!

There are lots of reasons why it changes the shopping experience to the next level:

  1. I'll sacrifice my allowance just to eat at Max's Restaurant's Chicken Madness once they'll open a branch in SM City General Santos. Oh, I can't wait!
  2. Checking the latest doodle and other artwork designs in Artwork for only 129 pesos! :)
  3. Taking good care of my healthy skin via Watsons Your Personal Store, as part of anchor tenants of SM.
  4. Taking coffee to the next level by entering Figaro Coffee in SM, hopefully.
  5. Taking technology to the next level by upgrading latest technologies of different tech stores by Cyberzone of SM City General Santos!
  6. More, more events will be happening once SM will open its biggest mall. Oh la la. :))
Well, how about you? What are your reasons and expectations for SM City General Santos? :)

Kids React: K-Pop Edition

Unknown | Sunday, January 15, 2012 | 0 comments
K-Pop or Korean Pop dominates the music scene in the world, dubbed as the new waves of pop music. Kahit ako, sasabihin ko ang totoo na minsan akong na-addict sa pakikinig ng K-Pop, most especially 2NE1, Bigbang, 2PM and Girl's Generation. Lahat sila nasa MP3 player ko. Wala ding kawala ang kanilang Music Videos, panay ang hingi ko sa mga kaklase ko just to have their unique and entertaining videos with matching mirror dance.

Girl's Generation, K-Pop Girl Group with 9 members
2NE1, a K-Pop girl group, awarded as the Best New Band of the World 2011 in MTV's Iggy
Thanks to Youtube, a magical place to watch everything from everywhere. Imagine, 2 million people are watching K-Pop videos in Youtube every hour, every minute, everyday! Damn, such a big hit! Knowing those tons of members in a group, plus getting those hard hangul lyrics and their awesome dance steps. It is now considered as a music genre in Youtube effective this 2012.

Is it another version of Rebecca Black? Lady Gaga?

Actually, I have the same reactions with those kids when I first encountered K-Pop (the first one was Nobody Like You by Wonder Girls, but sad to say, they are so so so super sikat all over the world!).

"K-Pop was lame", that was my first impression. "Lame, jerk, everything. They look like the same. Boy groups look gay. They have weird dance signatures. They are trying to embrace people but in fact they're not. I can't understand even a single word coming from their mouth." But now, I'm embracing K-Pop, realizing that my impressions are wrong, very wrong. They are entertaining, more entertaining than the local music (OPM).

Super Juniors, or SuJu, dubbed as the Album King in the Philippines.
After watching the video, I imagined myself as one of those kids criticizing other nation's culture but in fact, Koreans should be proud of what they have, on what entertainment industry they have. They are now globally competitive. It's like AH1N1 virus that spreads rapidly from Asia towards West and reaching USA even though listeners can't understand the language. In the Philippines, K-Pop is part of the music scene. From local TV to their MP3's, from Facebook to Youtube, and from offices even in schools. Unfortunately, K-Pop kills the local music scene of the country, like for instance the Super Junior Mr. Simple album. It was considered as the Album Kings being the first in total album sales, beating up OPM artist. They (Super Junior) became the first ever in music history to rank first on the chart nine consecutive times. (Allkpop.com)

As a Filipino, I will limit myself to patronize foreign music, not like in North Korea where they don't know that other genre of music really exists. I mean, to limit myself on patronizing K-Pop. I'm not like other fanatics that they will sacrifice anything for the love of their idols. They (fanatics) tend to buy souvenir CDs for display, or to buy some posters of  their idols just to praise and worship them. Well, I'm not like that. I hope they (fanatics) are not like that. According to a psychiatrist, that's what you called "K-POP FEVER". Lols. :))

A Gift from Korea, Hooray!

Unknown | Saturday, December 31, 2011 | 6comments
After Christmas, I got an awesome gift, which reminds me as a busy person with hectic schedules. Now, I will not use my phone to recall of my plans for the weekend. Thanks for this unexpected gift from my true dear friend Kristine Abuyog.

Oh em! It's a PLANNER! It is way better than the Starbucks Planner. At least you can use it next year, next year and many years to come. It is actually an all-day around planner. It is more like, a personalized planner. To be honest, I am afraid to use it! Better to keep it than use it! Nyak! :)

I don't know the story behind this planner, but Kristine told me that she bought this from South Korea. Na-excite din ako since I'm a KPOP Fanatic. (Well, not really) I want to know her story! Plus, I think this one is expensive. Nakakahiya naman sa part mo 'teh! Haha. *Comment ka kaagad dito!

Now I can use this planner this 2012. Thanks a lot, I will treasure it, PROMISE. :)

New Blog Theme! Hurray!

Unknown | Wednesday, April 27, 2011 | 2comments

Hurray! I got my new theme! Thanks to Premium Blogger Themes and of course my patience by fixing and renovating every inch of my new blog template. And of course, my new blog logo! Look at that, so adorable. I don't have any idea why I came up with a cat, which is quite cute and ADORABLE. I purr, therefore I am, "meow"! :)

My new logo. Isn't that CUTE? :)

And because I have this clean, not so messy, ad-free and irritating pop-out adverts, I'll be back as a blogger again, due to super hectic schedules from school that I had last semester. Luckily, I passed (I hope my Management would also pass me!) most of the difficult subjects in 2nd Year IT. Kudos! :)

Well, what can you say about my new blog theme, eh? :)

Valentine's Note

Unknown | Monday, February 14, 2011 | 1comments
Valentines anywhere, valentines everywhere. Kahit sa FB valentines topic nila. Fave flower for valentines 'eh red roses, kung may kaya 'eh pink roses, parang 'yung sa patay na bulaklak with stand. LOL. Fave movie to watch on valentines 'eh ang walang kamatayang A Crazy Little Thing Called Love. A Thai movie about this ugly duckling turned into a beautiful princess just to get the attention of this hearthrob in school but after the long run, 'eh inlove din pala 'tong lalaking 'to sa bida. Parang unbelievable, unpredictable ang story with twists and turns. Fave resto na rin ata during valentines ang mga resto na nag-ooffer ng eat-all-you-can with serenade, banda at kaliwa't kanang freebies. Meron naman ding discounts sa mga hotels but I don't really get the point of having this discount rates 'eh bata pa ako, ba't ko gusto malaman kung bakit. Haha. Basta ako, I want to skip that Feb 14 date kasi wala akong ka date.

Just read this post.

Tip from our Professor: Actually, I was not expecting that she will give this tip for us, sa mga may kadate.

"Love flies out of the window when your stomach is empty."

Second tip. From Rabsky (ako), thou shall not bring her to a burger stand. That's rude. Mas lalong mabadtrip ang babae sa'yo. At lalong never mo siyang papagastusin. Treat her. :)

Third tip. Take her to the movie house, pero dapat love story ang panonoorin niyo para may sense, not an action movie or horror. Where's the sense of celebrating valentines?

Fouth tip. H'wag umastang parang mag-asawa kayo during date. Hindi pa nga kayo kasal. Take it simple and surely. Treat your girl like a princess not a wife. :)

Fifth. Kung makipagdate ka na man dahil sa pustahan ng kabarkada mo, then don't do it. That's rude. Karamihan sa mga dates ganyan ang cases. Hindi ba kayo naawa sa babae? Mokong.

Sixth. Bring camera to capture every moments. Then thou shall not post it on social networking sites. Just keep it to yourself.

Seventh. Don't dare to post your location while dating.

Eight. Kung may balak man lang kayo makipagdate, magpagwapo naman kayo for good sake. Ayaw nilang mangamoy palengke ka. Special day 'yan, ano ba!

Ninth. Talking about presents. Wala namang kamatayang chocolates and flowers ang ipamimigay mo. Jusko, find another or better present for her. Something that she can relates on it. Malay niyo, ayaw niya ng chocolates or flowers.

Tenth. :)

Yan lang muna ang maibibigay kong tips. Kahit isa dito hindi ko pa natry. Haha. Kung meron man kayong idagdag, just leave a comment. Basta enjoy your Valentines. :)

Why I Blog?

Unknown | Monday, January 24, 2011 | 0 comments
I’m one of a million people who own a blog. Typically, a blog is a type of website that is usually arranged in chronological order from the most recent ‘post’ (or entry) at the top of the main page to the older entries towards the bottom. Others considered blog as an online diary of chronological posts. There are blogging niche. You can think of having a travel blog, if you are travel enthusiasts. Perhaps photoblog fits you for liking photography or consider place blogs if you want to promote your locality.

I started blogging when I was in 2nd year high school with http://zupistam16.blogspot.com as the url. I don’t have any idea why I came up with that blog. I made a sketch plan of the design but as usual, it was an epic fail. It was my hobby to make a blog, to create a website via HTML codes or using of CSS and Java codes. Because my life is so emotional, I created my own blog on April 2008, entitled akosiRabsky.blogspot.com. Perhaps this was an accidental product of being emoism (?) and internet addict.

I have three primary reasons why I blog. First, I blog for I influence others. Blogging is a form of a newspaper for example. You can have tons of millions of readers worldwide and through blogging, you can have the power to encourage others through sharing your ideas and knowledge to them. Second, I blog for my community. My community oftentimes called the dangerous place has the most number of felonies which are a false statement. Through blogging, I have the authority to change the perception of people through positive impacts. Just like GenSantos.com that keeps on promoting about General Santos. Positive News = Improvements = Tourism = Investments. Lastly, I blog for emotional exercise. It's like my shoutout box, I blog anything, everything about myself and others, about my emotions towards others, heartaches, school failures. I called this thing an emotional exercise to release my emotions through blogging. According to some research (which I googled), many of bloggers (perhaps including myself) improved their emotional skills towards other people, less stress on their part. Most of the bloggers started as an emo blogger! :P

This is an entry to a blogging contest sponsored by Life with Ria and WebSpark.net.

It's Good to Have Minute Maid!

Unknown | Monday, January 10, 2011 | 4comments
I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’. Aw, c’mon… It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe... I'd rather have this drink like everyday for the rest of my life than other drinks that might cause danger.

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added.  So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!  That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens!  Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I... love it! And I'm pretty sure others will also love this kind of drink. :)

So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right?  Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means... it's all natural, made from natural orange fruit and has the real orange fruit taste but don't worry, this is also good for the health. :)

So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!! Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED, I'm gonna buy a bottle of that later in school to experience its pulpy feeling while having my breaktime and share it with friends! :)

Feels good to know about the real pulpy deal, right? C’mon show me a smile on the comment box, and you might win yourself a Really Pulpy Deal! (That’s a chance to win a Minute Maid gift pack simply by commenting. Sweet! C'mon you just might be picked as the lucky 'commentor'!)

Love,

Rabsky :)

Merry Christmas!

Unknown | Friday, December 24, 2010 | 0 comments
This will be my second year in blogosphere celebrating this Christmas Eve. It is a traditional way of celebrating the birth of Christ, especially to all Roman Catholics. It's like a tradition in every Filipinos to praise and worship God.

Every Christmas, may problema. Problema sa pera. Obviously, this is the time kung saan milyon-milyong pilipino ay nakikipagsiksikan sa tiangge, shopping malls at palengke. That's how evil money is.

Maliban sa pera, last year's celebration was quite memorable. The Christmas Day Tragedy happened around 12 midnight of December 25, kung saan lahat kami ay nasa hapagkainan, sama-samang kumakain. (Read this blog post http://akosirabsky.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-day-tragedy.html)

This Christmas, we need to celebrate it peacefully, as much as possible iwasan ang firecrackers. Stay inside, have fun with the family and have this so-called bonding time. :)

Merry Christmas sa lahat!

Wishlist before 2010 ends

Unknown | Wednesday, December 22, 2010 | 8comments
Ang hirap talaga basta student blogger ka. You need to balance your schedules, your studies and commitments. Well as for me, I make all things not-so complicated. I'm darn crazy enough to attend school. Minsan nilalabas ang netbook during class at gumagawa ng blog posts. Ganyan ako ka-addict magblog. I considered it as a hobby. Just like playing basketball with friends or playing DOTA or Defense of the Ancients. But blogging has a big contribution in the netizen world. Problema ko ngayon, I can't even afford to buy a cheap point-and-shoot camera, just for my blogging activities. :(

I always keep in my mind that after a year, I should buy my own camera, not the damaged one. I owned this Canon camera which was quite good. Great output and it has 5 mega pixels, I think. But the problem is that, the lens of the camera won't go back if I'll turn it off. *toot toot*. I can't repair the damn camera because it costs around a brand new Nokia C3 (Php 5,000+). :(

That's why, I have this wishlist on my blog. I consider camera as an important thing for me, and I want it as a gift (kung merong magbigay 'jan) because in every major activities that we have, wala akong camerang gagamitin to capture every moments and to post it in here. It is really important as a blogger to have its own camera. I learned that even China Phones in the market can contribute to make your blog really interesting. (http://akosirabsky.blogspot.com/2009/12/photo-journalism-workshop-sox-bloggers.html) (Thanks to Ms. Jojie Alcantara for appreciating my piece of work). Ngayon ko lang din nabasa ang kanyang comment, for a long long time.

Rabsky,
I came in late in commenting. Very, very late.
But I want you to know I appreciate your thorough and detailed description of our activities.
I am also very happy that you've picked up a lot from my "fun lecture" and that you are brave enough to know that you can take beautiful images even with a china phone, once you set your mind to it.
Seriously, thank you for your honesty and refreshing views on life and blogging. I hope by now you are still pursuing your craft in photography.
Do not ever hesitate to contact me (via Facebook chuva and my sites) when something confuses you again.
Regards,
Ate Jojie Alcantara
Seriously, natouched ako dito. (Hindi literal). But somehow, I really want to be a professional photographer. Like the famous Jojie Alcantara, Leonard Pe, Apple Greatson Francisco, and among others. Pero may malaki pang panahon para 'jan. As long as I have this point-and-shoot camera, ok na ako 'jan. And as long as I shared every captured moments in cam and have posted it in my Facebook or in my blog. (Call me. Haha!)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! :)
-Rabsky

One Thing in Common...

Unknown | Sunday, November 07, 2010 | 3comments
I've been in the blogging atmosphere for like 8 months. I met several bloggers of different races and faces but for sure, my blogger friends have one thing in common: That is, I'm very proud to say this but, they're so pretty! (Na-realize ko lang by looking at their photos in Facebook) Well except for male bloggers, of course. Ang ga-gwapo rin nila! No doubt. :)

It's fun to be a blogger. :)

Reminiscing CAMACOP Summer Camp 2010

Unknown | Saturday, November 06, 2010 | 6comments
Step up! Take the Lead! Passion for God, Compassion for People.

This is like, super delayed post. CAMACOP stands for Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines. Yes, Alliance Churches of the Philippines. Marami ngang nagtataka kung bakit sumasali ako sa kanilang activities like TGIF (Thank God It's Friday, every Friday of the week) sa City Alliance Church na kahit I'm a pure Roman Catholic

The story behind it was someone hypnotized me (hahaha just kidding) but actually convinced me to join in their weekend get-together with Alliance people, every Friday night sa City Alliance Church. I grabbed the opportunity to join. Every Fridays, present ako at parating late! (but not now due to my busy sched and other important matters) and sa tuwing natatapos ang activity, may mapupulot kang aral from the Pastor and from yourself, realizing things na ginawa mo from the past na masama and mabuti, to pray and ask for guidance, to repent your sins. The good thing about this activity is that most likely, the best way to release your anger, stress and negative vibes.

Because of this, napa-yes, yes ako for the CAMACOP Summer Camp 2010: Step Up! Take the Lead, Camp Mariano, Koronadal City last May 13-15, 2010. Kaso wala akong pangregistration. And that was the time na andami ko pa palang tapusing works. But thank God He found a way para makapunta ako. Though that was the last night of the activity, May 14. Andaming campers all the way from Lake Sebu in South Cotabato, and as far as Saranggani Province in the South. The speaker of the said event was no other than Rev. Augie dela Cruz.

After the fun and frolic activity, nagsimula na ang walang tulugang program with some City Alliance friends. We played many games, even the truth or dare na pakainin ka pa ng baby powder at ubusin ang isang pakete ng 3-in-1 coffee. Through this camp, andami kong nakilala at natutunan from them. (and the rest are history)

And oh, I can't wait for the Year-end Camp this December!

My Top 3 Social Networking Sites

Unknown | Thursday, November 04, 2010 | 10comments
May Facebook Account ba kayo? I think everyone does. They just want to reconnect with their long lost friends. So amazing, isn't it?

Because of this, I cited my top 3 social networking sites on the web. Kung saan meron akong account, at active ako. And some are those sites that influenced others to use not just for connecting friends but also sharing their thoughts and feelings.

Facebook - Sino ba ang walang Facebook ngayon? Diba halos lahat meron na? Even the janitor, teacher, students and the President of the country merong Facebook. Even the celebrities, politicians are using Facebook. Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Additionally, users may join common interest user groups, organized by workplace, school, or college, or other characteristics. Facebook is not just a social networking, but it is also a micro-blogging site. You can post whatever you want and you can write a comment about it, or even like a single post of your friends. You can also share your photos and videos online. Pero ang gusto ko sa Facebook is that you can easily get connected with your friends using Facebook Chat, ala Yahoo Messenger ang dating. All-in-one Social Networking with almost half a billion users worldwide, mostly Chinese and Filipino users. Facebook launched in February 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow computer science students Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes.

Plurk - it is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to send updates (otherwise known as plurks) through short messages or links, which can be up to 140 text characters in length. I started using Plurk last 2009 and at first, mahirap pa siyang gamitin. Though through exploring its features, I found it very nice and convenient. Mas maganda ang Plurk compared to Twitter because in every Plurk posts, pwede kang magcomment regarding that post. The cool thing behind this micro-blogging site is that you can customize your profile, just like Friendster. For Philippine Plurk users, you can update your Plurk via sending your SMS posts by GladlyCast.com. Ito ang ginagamit ko to aim the Karma 100. the good thing about Plurk is that I can connect my Plurk posts to my Facebook and Twitter Accounts.

Twitter - is a website, owned and operated by Twitter Inc., which offers a social networking and microblogging service, enabling its users to send and read other users' messages called tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the user's profile page. Tweets are publicly visible by default, however senders can restrict message delivery to their friends list. Users may subscribe to other author tweets—this is known as following and subscribers are known as followers. As of late 2009, users can follow lists of authors instead of just following individual authors. The good thing about Twitter is that you can follow your favorite celebrities. Most of the celebrities use Twitter.

Those are my top 3 social networking sites. Meron akong mga accounts niyan. Kayo, what's your top 3 social networking sites?

Pasta Donita and Chicken Ati-Atihan: Busog sa Pagmamahal

Unknown | Friday, September 03, 2010 | 0 comments

The first one (Allura Mantala) celebrated her 18th Birthday (Her Debut) at Pasta Donita. Thanks to the débutante, nagkaroon ako ng chance to taste one of their specialties. The so-called "Beef and Mushroom Pasta". So lame! :'| (I hope Pasta Donita will provide some photos of the food)

Beef and Mushroom Pasta of Pasta Donita is like, one of the best Pastas na natikman ko. I can barely taste the duper creamy sauce of the pasta. Kailangan kong bumalik sa Pasta Donita at kakain ulit! (Visit Pasta Donita at RD Plaza, Daproza Avenue, General Santos City)

After the dealing with delicious pasta, we invaded the Chicken Ati-Atihan, located along Pioneer Avenue, General Santos, to celebrate Jay Padao's 18th Birthday.

It is a typical two-storey restaurant with bamboo accent. The place is very unique compared to other ihaw-ihaw restos in the city because the environment is peaceful, lalo na kapag kumakain kayo sa taas. They have the nicest crews, so far, plus their nakakatulo-ng-laway na pagkaing pinoy like their famous Chicken Ati-Atihan Pecho and Halo-halo. Through this one, sana tataba ako nang husto. Super duper thanks to the birthday celebrants Allura and Jay for that memorable experience! Indeed, nabusog nila ako sa pagmamahal. :)

Sudden Bardeen Mini Reunion @ Vanessa's

After stressful school works and activities, and blogging at the same time, ngayon lang ako na-enjoy. Sa sobrang tuwa ko, nakalimutan ko na may lakad pa pala ako by 8PM (so I went home 9PM, damn late for like one hour!)

Well, Vanessa's 18th Birthday Bash turned out to be a mini-reunion of our batch in high school, Four Bardeen ('yan ang tawag sa section namin). Darn missin' those guys, all over again! By the way, thanks Vanessa for inviting us to your birthday. Great food, great experience. So darn great!

Ok, one, two, smile! :)

Sa uulitin guys! :)
